Hello,
Your NEET marks are very low and your rank is also not very good for admission in MBBS. Usually the marks required for admission in government Medical Colleges are in the range 500-650 for open category. If you belong to reservation category then the cut off might go down till 400-450 in most of the colleges. But a score of 154 is very less and therefore, admission through the merit list is very difficult. If you really want to get into MBBS, you can try for management quota but that will require a very huge amount of donation and fees. Instead you can take a drop of one year and study really hard to crack NEET.
