Yes you can get but it depends on the combination of clinical subject and college. Like if you want to choose high demanding subject like Radiodiagnosis, then you need to set a mediocre college but if you want a good state or national college then you will get other clinical subjects like anaesthesia, community Medicine, opthalmology etc.
