If you're referring to admission in St John's Medical College, then it's a top medical college and is highly competitive. Also seats are limited and there are many categories of reservation so it's not possible for admission of you don't have any reservation.

The chances of getting a college with this rank seems to be quite tough if you belong to general category However you might get a seat if you belong to reserved category. The competition level is very high and to be sure about your seat you need a better score.
