Hello Srinath
You have scored a mark of 562 in NEET UG 2019. According to previous year cutoffs of different Government medical colleges of AP you have probability of getting admission into the Rangaraya medical college under 85% state quota. Last time the closing cut off rank for Non local UR category was 5900 had secured 559 Mark's. However cutoffs are subjected to change depending question paper level, No of students appeared etc. For more information kindly go through the link given below

I am little confused what is mean by non local is it from different state or same state different region. Pls tell I am little confused.

For availing the facilities of local the candidates must have
1. completed his schooling from an institute located in state
2. Minimum stay of 4 consecutive years is required for the candidates before appearing the exam
3. if the candidates have studied for seven consecutive years in two or more different local areas then the place where the candidate has spent the most years is considered the residential area
4. if the candidate has stayed an equal number of years in two or more local areas the place where the candidate has spent last year is considered the period of stay.
