Hope you are doing well!! As ASTU have released the merit list and according to the merit list you are eligible in 1st phase of counseling. Regarding your query as you belong to OBC category and want to persue computer science in Jorhat Engineering college (JEC), as per previous year cut off with that particular you will be able to get CSE branch on that college. Hope these will help you regarding any query feel free to ask in comment section and make all your documents ready for verification as counseling is starting from tomorrow.
