Hello Ganesh ,thanks for asking this question on this platform.now when you have alloted any college then it is depend on that that in which round of counseling you get that college if that is your first round then you will get a chance for upgradation of your college then you can fill your desired college according wise and on that basis you may get your desired college.thanks
