With 164 rank , your chances of getting a seat is low to negligible as you told that there are only 151 seats for sc category.  But for now be optimistic as you may get a seat in mop up round because many candidates leave their seats which they get through neet counselling when they got selected in Aiims or Jipmer , also few decides to take a drop when they don't get a medical college of their own choice,  but chances for these thing to happen is pretty low , but for you can just wait for results and pray for getting a seat .
