HI there,
Hope you are doing well.
I am sorry to say but you can't apply for Jharkhand state NEET Counselling as you would be considered to having a home state quota from Bihar.
If you apply, then you would be considered for the other state quota.

My neet application form had state of eligibility as Bihar. Can it happen that I may apply for state quota from Jharkhand only?
