sir, my birth state is Bihar ,but have done class 5- 12 in assam. have prc of assam.Will birth state create problem in neet counselling.

In my knowledge, your birth state won't affect your counseling. You just need to be sure that You have the residential proof (AADHAR, Voter ID, Rashan card) of the state counseling you are applying for, and you should have the domicile certificate as well.
