Admission in IIT, NIT, IIIT is done through jossa counselling.
For getting admission in nit, IIIT or IIT, you must have good jee main score and passed 10+2.
Last year, minimum 75% in 10+2 board criteria was removed by the authorities. However ,for this year no official notice has been released till yet. There is no age limit criteria. You are allowed to give jee mains in three consecutive year starting from the year ,you passed 12 th.

At this point it is difficult to answer your question because for academic year 2021-22 the 75% criteria was uplifted due to the pandemic but for upcoming academic year there is no any announcement, so we have to wait for it and  you are eligible for now.

Also you can appear for JEE-Main 2022 because there is no percentage criteria to appear in JEE-Main

However there are some other criterion which you need to satisfy in order to appear for JEE-Main so let us discuss them.

1--- Age criteria :- There is no age limit to appear in JEE-Main but note that there might be the age limit in any particular institution taking admission through JEE-Main score, so you should keep this thing in mind.

2--- Qualifying Examination :- To be eligible for JEE-Main one should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics as mandatory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject from any of the recognized central or state board.

3--- Year of qualification :- For JEE-Main 2022 only those candidates who have passed Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or 2022; or those who will be appearing in Class 12th / equivalent examination in 2022, would be eligible to appear.

So if you follow all above criterion then you are definitely eligible for JEE-Main.
