Since you're from UP, you may target colleges at places where there are a number of colleges around like GIDA area in Gorakhpur where there are number of colleges you can apply for like ITM, BIT etc. Another such place is Kanpur.

The positive from this approach would be the visiting companies which have a tendency to visit not only the college they intended to visit but also colleges around that place.

Opting for a private college in Noida would give you an advantage of exposure of being near to Delhi which makes it advantageous.
