I have scored 61% in PCM and 69% overal in 12th. I want to do btech(cse) .can you suggest me any good college for desired course

Top engineering institutes in the country like NITs, IITs, CFTIs offer admission to their B.Tech programmes through JEE Main exam. One eligibility criterion for admission to above institutes is that you need minimum 75% marks in 10+2 (65% if you belong to reserved category). IITs in addition has one more layer in the form of JEE Advanced. Considering you don't meet the qualifying marks prescribe, you won't be able to apply to these institutes.

I would therefore suggest, you try entrance exams like VITEEE, SRMJEEE, MET, COMEDK etc. If you get a good enough rank, you can get admission to your chosen course at a campus/institute of your liking.

Also, please note that top colleges don't normally offer direct admission, say based on 10+2 scores. Neverthless, I am providing here a few options that you may try. But again I am reiterating, direct admissions are rare in good colleges.
