You haven't mentioned the State that you hold the domicile of. Let;s say you hold the domicile of Karnataka and your Caste/Community comes under Central OBC list, then you can select OBC-NCL as your Category. And it goes the same with Maharashtra as well. But if you hold the domicile of Maharashtra and your Caste doesn't come under Central list of OBC, then you have to select General Category as your Category.

maam my domicile is of Maharashtra and in the obc central list my caste (Gurav) was there but it was under Karnataka so what should i apply now obc(Ncl) or general

You can only select OBC if it is showing under Maharashtra OBC list. Or else you will have to select General Category.
