OBC category or SC/ST category or any reservation category has nothing to do with the VIT counselling process as it is purely based upon rank you get in Entrance exam conducted by VIT itself, VITEEE.

With this rank you can get CSE but in category 4th or 5th category which means that your annual fees will be around 5 lakhs to 6 lakhs excluding Hostel and Mess charges.
