Now the cut off is relatively higher. First of all let me clarify that that the cut off marks that you see in newspaper is only for Best 4 & Best 3 subjects for humanities/commerce and science courses respectively. So your overall marks can be around 86_89% but your best 4 may cross 93%  which will ensure a better chance of getting call from best DU colleges. Being from Hindu as much as about m college, the cut off for most of the course for gen is above 93% for best 4/3. Though we have sanskrit and hindi honors that may offer lower cut off. Remember never undermine these course that are competitive and equally good if you study at hindu or Stephens
