See you have not mentioned if you have any sort of quota with you. As of your general rank it may be a tough squeeze cause the only institution offering BA(H) in Economics under IPU are :

1.Delhi Institute Of Rural Development

2.Fairfield Institute of Management & Technology

3.Maharaja Agrasen Institute Of Management Studies

4.Vips

and total of 270 seats are there. You may have a chance in FIT or DIRD by the last round. Hope for the best.
