Hello Neelesh,
Congratulations for getting scoring such a brilliant rank in CGPET. Your General rank itself is very good and your ST rank is impressive. According to last year's cutoff of Government Engineering College, Bilaspur. The closing rank for Computer Engineering is 4000 so you will easily get the dream branch in the government college. Just follow the counselling procedure of CGPET and you will get it.
