I am assuming you are from general category. Based on your overall academic profile, you will need to score atleast 99.9 percentile to get a call for the next round of IIM A,B,C.

To get admission in top IIM's you need more than 99.5 percentile and otherwise try to score above 96 percentile.

Also it depends upon your past academic background as well.
