Hope you are doing well. Sorry to inform you that you cannot get a seat for CSE in Dr. Ambedkar Institute Of Technology Bangalore with this rank. Previous year, the cutoff for CSE in this college was 18,802 after second round of seat allotment. Even this year, it is expected to be the same as previous year, or else, it will decrease further. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.

You can get ECE in Dr. Ambedkar college. I am not sure about CSE. I can be quite sure about ECE. however, keep searching for alternative options aswell. I am considering second round. Maybe if you wait for second round extended then you might get a better college.
