As you are secured 33445 OBC NCL rank in JEE mains paper 2 b.arch, then it is impossible for you to get any nits at this much rank.
As per seeing the previous year cutoff trends if you are an other state students then the highest cutoff closing rank for obc category was around 3000 for NIT Patna. And as have secured this huge rank then you cannot get any NITs. So it's better that you go for some other autonomous colleges offering Architecture course.
