I think your counselling date is near. Actually you may not have the best cut off to get good govt colleges having good placements but cut off actually doesn't matter in this year 2017.  Even if a college has vacancy but you not have required cut off, you can get seat in that college. So vacancy is the main one.
I'm sorry for saying that govt colleges having good placement in the category BC for your cut off mark may have no vacancy. I suggest you these colleges:(The number given after name of college is the counselling code)
