My daughter got 12886 rank...whether she will get CS & at what fees

Hello Sir.
Getting CSE with 12000+ rank in the first category is not possible in vellore or chennai campus. Although, it is possible for her to get a seat in the second category. Which will be around double of the fees what is displayed on the website.
