Any candidate who is resident of India can give this exam.But there is a provision of domicile is there which means seats are reservered for AP and telangana student also.

TSEAMCET eligiblity as per there norms you should complete the INTER-mediate from AP only while i can give better suggestion give try for  the private university like SV, GITAM ,VIT many more to study in AP also please check the below link of eligibility
