According to me your daughter didn't get any seat in màdhya pradesh through neet 2019 on the given rank but she can get admission in another state government medical college which you can predict through career 360 predictor and she can also take admission in many private medical colleges.

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With 60182 rank in UR category, you might not get any government college through All India quota or state quota as seats are usually filled by 25000 rank.
But, you can opt for private colleges through state quota.
