According to my knowledge, there should be no problem in anything or anyone for taking education from anywhere.

Whether your daughter study's in Telangana or in Andhra Pradesh it would not be problem until he/she is studying in well reputed college or university.

If you are taking about domicile reservation problems, then also there would be no problem, as she has studied in Telangana upto class 10th, and if you had permanent residence certificate of Telangana.
