as you mention that your daughter rank is 44139 which means only 44139 students are selected

as you mention that 18 students have been selected for rank 1 only which is not correct and i correct your statement as at 100 percentile got by 18 students which is correct.

as you know a rank is specific to that person but in no any cases any two student get same rank

100 percentile got by 44 students in four session in this year 2021. Out of 44, Rank 1 got by 18 students.
As you have answered that rank is specific or unique. Also I knew that before this years the rank is meant for only one student. But this year not happened.
