As per the eligibility criteria for JEE Main 2020, you must be between 17 to 25 years of age on or before October 1, 2020. A general candidate must be born on or after October 1, 1995, and for SC/ST/PwD candidates the date is October 1, 1989.
Now, according to your birth date, you will be 17 years of age before October 1, hence you will be eligible for JEE Main 2020 in January.
