Well I think you can't ! Let me explain - if ur dob is 2001 then u can give on 2019 ie approx 18 or 18+. So since yours is on 2003 , I think you can give JEE on 2021

I gave even when I am 17.Age dooesnot matter .it is minimum 12 years
