The eligibility criteria for 85% state quota seats is as follows:
-- candidate must have passed class 10 and 12 from the same state
-- candidate should have a domicile certificate of that state
-- candidate should have a resident proof certificate of the state

As you've passed your SSC and HSC from Telangana itself then you are eligible for the state quota admission. However, you should have the other two documents- domicile certificate and residence proof to become eligible for 85% state quota seats.
