This year Delhi University has switched from offline admission procedure to online. So it's getting a bit stressful and difficult for the first time to manage the whole process smoothly. Pending document verification simply means that your documents are still needs to be verified. Until and unless those documents are not verified, you can't consider yourself into that particular college. However, soon you'll be notified about the further processes.
