Greetings Sidharth,You have the chance and You are clearly eligble to get admission.As stated by MMMUT the cut off for the following streams for M Tech courses are as follows:

1.Civil Engineering-GN 228

2.CSE/IT-GN 89

3.EE-GN 97

4.ME-GN 144

5.ECE-GN 90

This is the cut off for round ,you are eligible to take Mechanical and Civil,But for Electronics or other subjects you need to wait for the second round.
