The cut offs depends upon certain factors such as number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous year cutoffs and difficulty level of the paper.

You can participate in the JAC counseling and fill the choices like DTU , NSUT and Guru Gobind University but the problem is your rank is a bit low for these colleges so you should be looking for other private colleges too to be on a safer side.
