Hello,

Based on previous years cut off trends a candidate belonging to OBC category with GATE score 349 secured a seat in Computer Science in IIT, Kanpur.So you may have chances to get seat in IIT, Kanpur.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of seats available, difficulty of exam, previous cut off trends etc.
