Admission to any college through WBJEE Counselling is only based on GMR and not on any category rank.

With OBC B , Suppose you get 3000 GMR then you have a chance of getting the department like those of Production Engineering Printing Engineering, Construction Engineering, Pharmacy. You stand a good chance of getting CSE and IT in MAKAUT.

Well, i cannot guarantee that you will be conferred a seat in Jadhavpur but yes you can get a seat in MAKAUT. As for admission, you need rank under 1800 for admission in Jadavpur University and for admission in MAKAUT rank under 4000 is enough which is enough for you get a seat in MAKAUT,but don't loose heart waits for the counselling.
