Accoding to me, Even if you are in the general category, you can easily get a seat at FDDI's Kolkata or Chennai campus or any other campuses of FDDI based on the rank you mentioned in the question. However, it is entirely dependent on the applicants who are ranked higher then you. Lets hope for the best.
