My friend got 391 marks in NEET 2019 belongs to Sc category and female...from Andhra pradesh.. Can she get the mbbs seat any whare in india.

If I consider previous years records, then the chances are mild to get admission in any of the government medical colleges. Your marks are quite low to procure seat in any government colleges, but you can try for private medical colleges.
