Hi aspirant, In my opinion, it will be bit difficult for him get a seat at MMMUT GORAKHPUR. The cut-offs at MMMUT are generally very high. Still he has a slim chance of getting a seat. If you really want it, he should apply for it. He might get it. Getting cse branch will be very very difficult.
