I'm sorry to say that, with this marks there is rare chance to get NITs or IITs with this stream. If you score 250-275 more marks then there will be a definite chance to get an NIT college or SVNIT, Surat. The previous year GATE cutoff for SVNIT, Surat was 764 for Mechanical Engineering.
