Hiii..
as a general category student this score may not help you to get into IIT.NIT/IIIT very slim chance.There are some good institution who conduct their own exam that you can go for which is IIIT Hyd,ISI Kolkata,CMI Chennai,JNU New Delhi,BITS Pilani.
I would suggest try your very best to get into anyone of the above mentioned institute.
