hi,

see out state candidates are eligible for general or open category seats.

For Jadavpur University 90% of the General Seats are earmarked for West Bengal domicile candidates. based on previous years closing score you have no chances in any stream at Jadavpur university. however you have decent chances in university institute of technology, Burdwan in IT, ECE, Murshidabad College of Engineering and Technology, Murshidabad- ece, ee.
