Getting CSE branch in government colleges is a little difficult with your rank. But you can get your desired branch that is CSE in  IERT, Allahabad and  AITH, Kanpur according to previous year cutoffs.
Cutoff for CSE in 2019 are as follows:

IERT : 5782-6381
AITH: 3883-4617

You can get other branches such as mechanical, civil or ECE in below mentioned colleges:

BIET,Jhansi
FGIET, Rae Bareli
AITH, Kanpur
KNIT, Sultanpur
