According to your rank , it would be tough getting good iit's , however you can go for josaa counselling , you might get a lower branch in new iit's/BHU/Dhanbad mining , ceramics , metallurgy  etc in the last rounds . However you can try for other colleges that offer admission on the basis of JEE Advanced .

JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to colleges other than IIT which are these  - IISC Bangalore , IISER ,IIST Thiruvananthapuram , RGIPT , IIPE .These are all national level research institutes and all are institute of national importance so you can try for them also to get admission .

The total number of seats in the 23 IITs in India is 16,053.
So as your OBC NCL rank is more than 6000, you have no chance of getting a seat into the IIT through your rank.
