A rank of 22317 is a bit low of a rank within the obc category. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately the top nits and IITs would be tough to get into with this score.

However, since you belong to the OBC category, the chances of you getting into some very well reputed universities are a bit on the higher side. But the computer science engineering is a course that is very high in demand and hence a lot of competition.
