You rank might not be enough to fetch you seat in CSE at any IIIT. But anything might happen, you may have very very few chances to get a seat in any IIIT, but it will most probably not be a seat in CSE.

But you have one chance to get a CSE branch in IIITs that is CSAB special round. if you can check the previous year closing ranks then you have get some idea about the IIIT colleges. here is the link.
