You would bebe eligib if you have scored above the cut off.The eligibility for admission is dependent on whether you have scored more than the cut off marks and not on your rank

Yes you can get admission if your marks are greater than cut off marks. But on this rank you cannot get admission in good colleges. So you should try with some other colleges.
