Hello Aspirant,
According to the category and percentile you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected to be around 15,000-19000 in MHT CET and in JEE-Main it is expected in the range of 82249 - 63079, so on such rank you cannot get CSE wither with MHT CET or JEE-Main score as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some other state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks in JEE-Main. Also you can try for CSE in Dr. DY Patil Institute of Technology, Annasaheb Dange College of Engineering and Technology, Ashta, Sangli and some other institutions.
You can check out previous years cut-offs for CoE, Pune for different branches from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your rank, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor and MHT CET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-
