Hello Dear

Based upon your fetched percentile in the JEE mains you might be able to get into the NIT Hamirpur as well in the North eastern NITs as well. Since you are from the ST category and you have already qualified the cuttoff required in your category. So your chances of getting into the NIT are good which might can vary depending upon the branch / campus during the counselling session.
