Hello student,
You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a percentile of 83.03, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the IIIT's if you category is general, when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing ranks for the IIIT's were around 30,000, but they were not the top ones. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and the category one belongs to.

The jee mains percentile is 83.03 the chances of getting iiit is very low but it will vary from category to category as well and competition so i hope you got the point
