So, according to your rank, I'm extremely sorry to tell you that it's very difficult for you to get a seat in Punjab Engineering College. Cutoffs change every year, according to the availability of seats, toughness of the exam, the highest marks, and many more aspects, but still i don't think you have a lot of chances.

Admission in to PEC, Chandigarh is based on CRL for general/OBC/EWS category. Here is the cut off in 2019 round 7 under home state and other state category respectively

• Electronics and Communication Engineering:19554, 14274
• Mechanical Engineering :36019, 24218

• Materials and Metallurgical Engineering :62270, 43708

You have not mentioned your CRL but by looking at your category rank it is obvious that your CRL rank will be above 1.77 lakh so considering previous year cut off it is difficult to get seat in PEC. You may have to seek admission in any other college.
