Yes you can .But you need to specify your home state as the home state quota comes very handy in HSTES.You might get CS in ymca in spot round also .
The spot round will commence on 9th august if i am right.
Ymca mech. is very reputed as the packages goes as high as 18LPA so the competetion will be very high but according to last yr cutoffs you are highly likely to get mech. there.
